  • Shipping & Delivery

    All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

    Delivery Time : Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-4 business days of the date of your order. Pre-order items will be delivered within 3-10 business days after release date . Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

    Delivery Method : All items will be delivered by one of the following service providers

    Hong Kong Post – Air Mail, with tracking no. You can track your package status here
    DHL Global Mail with tracking no. You can track your package status here
    DHL Express with tracking no. You can track your package status here

    Shipping Time : Time required for the shipping depends on the final destination and shipping method you choose

    US – 10 to 20 business days
    Europe - 10 to 20 business days
    Asia Pacific - 5-10 business days
    Others - 20-40 business days

    During holiday season of different countries (e.g. X'mas or Thanksgiving), there may be delay in the shipping time which we are not able to control. Please kindly be advised.

    Multiple Items : If multiple items are purchased in a single order, items will be shipped when all items are ready. If pre-order of multiple items with different release date is made, items will be shipped when ALL items arrive. Please separate your order if you want to receive particular item(s) eariler.

    Shipping Costs : Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

    Damaged Items in Transport : If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately
    1) Take pictures before opening
    2) Open it with a post office representative present, if possible
    3) Make a claim wiith your local post office / DHL
    4) We are unable to accept responsibility for damages limited to product's outer packaging

    Product box grading: Box grading is very subjective, we cannot guarante our grading standards for all cusotmers will be the same. If you are not satisfied with the box condition, you may returnt the package (unopened) and pay for additional postage to send out another piece.

    Customs: All purchase may subject to import duties and taxes, please check with your local customs office. Additional charges for customs must be borne by customer, LOOPAZA have no control and responsibility over these charges.

  • Coupon Code

    Coupons are intended for single use only.

    A coupon cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling or other charges.

    Some promotional offers may not be combined with other offers in the same order. Generally, only one coupon code may be used per order.

    If your coupon has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling and other charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase amount.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. After confirmation with us, you can send the item you consider defective to:

    Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

    Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
